IMPORTANT — Please Read Before Ordering Because every Beautiful Wealth Planner is custom printed on demand specifically for you, please allow 3-5 business days for production before your order ships. This production time is in addition to your selected shipping timeframe. We appreciate your patience as your planner is carefully crafted just for you! 💛

OVERVIEW Beautiful Wealth partners with Lulu Press, Inc. to fulfill and ship all planner orders. Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, your planner enters production and is shipped directly to your door from our fulfillment partner. All orders are subject to product availability and payment verification before processing begins.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME All Beautiful Wealth Planners are printed on demand. Please allow the following timeframes from the date your order is placed:

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin production the next business day.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING — UNITED STATES We currently offer the following shipping options for all orders within the United States:

All domestic orders ship via USPS or UPS depending on your selected shipping method and delivery location. Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.

Please note that Free Standard Shipping is available on all domestic orders within the United States as our way of saying thank you for supporting Beautiful Wealth! For customers who need their planner sooner, Standard, Priority, and Expedited shipping options are available at checkout! 💛

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

At this time, Beautiful Wealth ships exclusively within the United States. We are not currently offering international shipping to Canada, the United Kingdom, or any other international destinations.

We are working hard to bring Beautiful Wealth to our international community and hope to announce international shipping very soon!

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES Beautiful Wealth is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes that may be applied to international orders. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Beautiful Wealth has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Please check with your local customs office before placing your order if you have concerns about potential import fees. Refusal to pay customs duties does not qualify as a valid reason for a return or refund.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER Once your order has been produced and shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your delivery through the carrier's website.

Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation email for tracking information to become active.

If you have not received a tracking email within 7 business days of placing your order, please contact us at askanna@beautifulwealth.com and we will look into it right away!

SHIPPING ADDRESS Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of checkout. Beautiful Wealth is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately at askanna@beautifulwealth.com.

Please note that once your order has entered production, we may not be able to accommodate address changes. We will always do our best to help!

LOST OR DELAYED SHIPMENTS While we work hard to ensure every order arrives safely and on time, Beautiful Wealth is not responsible for delays caused by:

✦ Shipping carrier delays ✦ Customs processing for international orders ✦ Severe weather or natural disasters ✦ Incorrect addresses provided at checkout ✦ Events outside of our control

If your order appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at askanna@beautifulwealth.com and we will work with our fulfillment partner, Lulu Press, to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ORDERS If your planner arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at askanna@beautifulwealth.com with:

✦ Your order number ✦ A photo of the damage or defect

We will arrange for a replacement to be reprinted and shipped to you at no additional cost. Please do not discard your damaged item until we have reviewed your claim.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS Because every Beautiful Wealth Planner enters production quickly after your order is placed, cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of placing your order. After 24 hours your order may already be in production and we may be unable to cancel it.

To request a cancellation please contact us immediately at askanna@beautifulwealth.com with your order number and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
